White Pepper
White pepper is made by soaking ripened green and red pepper berries in water till the outer skin gets softer and then the skin is removed by trampling. White pepper has a great medicinal value just as the culinary value. White pepper helps cure bacterial infections that cause diarrhea and helps with curing inflammation. The spicy flavor and essence of white pepper differs from black pepper and in some dishes, white pepper is used over black pepper because of the appearance.
