Robusta Coffee Beans (Unroasted)

Compared to Arabica, Robusta coffee plants are stronger and easier to grow in lower altitudes. Robusta beans have a round shape than Arabica beans and are smaller in size. Due to the higher amount of caffeine, Robusta coffee have a strong bitter flavor and aroma. This variety is mostly used for the base in espresso and is less expensive than Arabica because of the lower cost in cultivation. Robusta coffee helps with weight loss, joint pain and skin issues while preventing diabetes as well.
